Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret operational documents, perform mathematical calculations, and manage cash handling procedures. Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and safety policies. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience in recruiting, hiring, counseling, and legal compliance practices. Preferred high school diploma or equivalent; management experience in retail is advantageous. Bilingual skills may be a plus. Key Duties Recruit, train, and evaluate staff, ensuring proper store staffing and performance. Analyze sales and expense data to optimize store operations. Order and manage inventory, ensuring merchandise presentation and stock levels meet targets. Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and security standards. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Lead customer service initiatives and foster a positive shopping environment. Handle administrative tasks and ensure proper documentation. Working Conditions Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds.
