We’re upgrading how America chooses its leaders. Right now, big money and party gatekeepers control who’s "electable" before you ever see a ballot. Good candidates exist everywhere: teachers, veterans, small business owners, community leaders who genuinely want to represent you. But the system is designed to keep them invisible. FiNC is building the bridge between citizens and the candidates they never get to see. Think of us as a matchmaker for democracy: we learn what citizens care about, we surface candidates who are committed to representing real people, and we give both sides a space to connect directly, without gatekeepers deciding who you get to choose from. The Digital Politics Hub is live now, with candidate profiles, a Civic Tags system that lets candidates define themselves beyond party labels, citizen priority surveys, and a growing Candidate Discovery directory. We’re piloting in Nevada and building toward a nationwide presence by the November 2026 general election. What makes this work isn’t just the technology. FiNC’s core focus is the human side: outreach, PR, social media engagement, and building citizen buy-in. We’re not marketing a website. We’re campaigning for a better way to choose leaders. Every candidate with a profile, every movement that plugs in, every journalist who joins the network benefits from that ongoing work. Think of every stakeholder on our system as a client whose visibility we’re actively growing. And the system is designed so everyone lifts everyone. When a candidate shares their profile, citizens who click through discover other candidates too. When a movement drives people to the DP Hub, those citizens find candidates aligned with their values. Job Description FiNC is looking for a Creative Copywriter who can sit at the core of our messaging—helping evolve how we explain what we’re building, without flattening the nuance. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can translate complex strategy into clear, emotionally resonant, shareable writing across social platforms. This role is copy-first . You’ll be supported by graphic designers, other copywriters, and content creators—your job is to shape the narrative, voice, and messaging that ties it all together. What you’ll do Write and refine copy for social content: captions, hooks, headlines, CTAs, short‑form posts, and threads Create short video scripts and punchy storytelling for platform-native content (especially TikTok/IG/YT Shorts) Help evolve FiNC’s voice, positioning, and message clarity as the work grows Turn complex concepts into digestible language that still preserves the real strategy Engage thoughtfully with audiences through comments/replies (as needed) to build trust and momentum Collaborate with Marketing, Outreach, and Creative to ensure copy aligns with visuals and campaign direction Occasionally support broader marketing copy (website sections, emails, announcements) What we’re looking for 3+ years writing copy for social media, marketing, comms, or narrative-driven campaigns (or equivalent) A strong conceptual writer who can make complex ideas simple without making them shallow Platform fluency: understands tone, culture, and what performs on TikTok, Instagram, Bluesky/X-style threads , etc. Skilled at hooks, rhythm, clarity, and persuasion —you can write tight and you can write deep Collaborative and proactive: you take ownership, communicate clearly, and iterate fast Mission-aligned, with the ability to write in a way that feels human, credible, and energizing Why this role matters You won’t just be writing posts—you’ll be helping build the language that helps citizens understand FiNC, trust it, and share it. #J-18808-Ljbffr
