RN Supervisor Barre Gardens Nursing and Rehab | Barre, VT Schedule: Weekend and Evening Position Barre Gardens Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our skilled nursing facility in Barre, Vermont. This leadership role is responsible for supervising nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, resident‑centered care under the direction of the Director of Nursing. The RN Supervisor plays a key role in coordinating clinical operations, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and facility standards while promoting a positive and professional care environment.
