Position Overview: The RN Case Manager collaborates with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to develop and manage personalized care plans for an assigned caseload.

What You Can Expect:
- Schedule: Part time/ 20 hours per week minimum, 10 Hour Shifts with weekend rotation
- Benefits: Full Benefits with hospital contributions
- Additional Pay: Cert Pay available for qualifying certifications AND shift differentials
- Education: Associates of Nursing Degree/Diploma Bachelor of Nursing Degree
- Experience: 2 years of RN experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in Idaho
