Data Analyst

Position Overview We are seeking a Data Analyst to support advanced workforce intelligence initiatives for a high-profile U.S. Government organization . Operating within a secure facility, this position focuses on transforming complex human capital data into actionable analytics, interactive visuals, and executive-level reports. The ideal candidate will work closely with subject matter experts, data engineering leads, and software developers to engineer clean datasets, build dynamic metrics, and deliver mission-critical insights across multiple organizational tiers. Security Requirement: Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph at the time of application. Key Responsibilities Partner with functional leads, technical teams, and data custodians to uncover operational requirements, map business workflows, align on data governance standards, and explain analytic findings. Execute structured research methodologies and analysis frameworks according to project guidelines. Produce concise, recurring analytical briefings and performance reports for executive leadership and operational stakeholders. Maintain proactive, cross-functional collaboration with internal project teams and external agency partners. Architect and refine techniques to ingest, harmonize, and model multi-source datasets for advanced analytics. Analyze complex, domain-specific data structures to extract meaningful trends and operational metrics. Design and deploy intuitive dashboards and visual reports using both enterprise and open-source data visualization software. Synthesize intricate analytical findings into clear, executive-level briefing decks for non-technical leadership. Serve as a trusted advisor on the interpretation, strategic application, and practical utility of analytical outputs. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Human Resources, or a closely related quantitative field. Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in quantitative data analysis and reporting. Clearance: Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with an active Polygraph is strictly required. Data Visualization: Hands-on experience constructing interactive dashboards utilizing tools such as Tableau or equivalent visual analytics platforms. Programming Skills: Applied proficiency in scripting and data manipulation using Python or R . Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a track record of bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. Collaboration: Demonstrated capability to perform effectively within multi-disciplinary team environments. Mobility: Willingness and capability to travel to and work on-site at customer facilities as required.
