Opportunity:


CNA - LTC


Job Details:


• Work 8-hour day shifts on a block schedule coordinated with the scheduler
• Every other weekend required
• Must be available for at least half of holidays during assignment
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating as needed within the facility
• Patient ratio of 1:8
• Provide ADL care, showers, and meal assistance to residents
• Work with patient population including those with dementia, frail and elderly residents, and rehabilitation patients
• Elderly care experience required
• Opportunity to pick up extra shifts when available
• Charting performed using ECS electronic medical records system
• Required certification: BLS (AHA)
• Scrub color: Any solid color, clean and professional
• Must clock in and out at the facility

This post-acute care facility is a nursing home attached to a hospital, offering a warm and supportive environment for approximately 70 residents, the majority of whom are in private rooms. The facility specializes in long-term care for elderly and rehabilitation patients, with a focus on compassionate, personalized care. Staff work in a structured yet collaborative environment with consistent scheduling and a dedicated nursing team across all shifts.
