Pay: $23 - $25 / Hour

Our client, a prestigious Non-Profit is looking to add Junior Staff Accountant on a temporary-permanent basis.

Requirements
•Bachelor's in Accounting or business related degree
•A Min of 2+ year of accounting/reconciliation experience
•Experience with either Concur or NetSuite

Responsibilities

  • Perform accounts payable and disbursements functions
  • Manages vendor set-up and 1099 reporting
  • Perform accounts receivable and receipts functions
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Prepares workpapers and manages grant receivable schedules
  • Prepares workpapers and manages pledge receivable schedules
  • Provides ad hoc financial reports as requested
