Facilities Operations Specialist

Our client located in Nashville, TN area is seeking a Facilities Operations Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and join a dynamic organization in the entertainment industry.

This Facilities Operations Specialist opportunity is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a fully in-office schedule. Their hours are 9:00 am - 6:00 pm daily.

Responsibilities:

• Facilities and mailroom management including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages
• Ensuring accurate and timely shipping and receiving of packages
• Managing office inventory and ordering office supplies
• Scheduling for the department
• Organizing storage areas and assisting with moving packages, supplies, and office furniture
• Assisting with event setup and teardown
• Maintaining inventory lists

Qualifications:

• Facilities and mailroom experience required
• Experience working in a corporate office environment required
• Experience using USPS and FedEx
• ServiceNow experience is ideal
• 1+ years of experience working in operations, vendor management, and/or administrative work
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be okay working fully in-office in Nashville with a 9:00 - 6:00 schedule
• Looking for candidates with a super positive attitude
