Associated Banks wealth business is growing and were looking for a proven sales leader to take it even further. As Director of Sales for Associated Investment Services (AIS) youll lead a talented team of Financial Advisors across multiple markets expand our market share and elevate our Private Wealth brand. This is a high-visibility role working directly with our AIS CEO and bank leadership to execute a bold growth strategy.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team of licensed Financial Advisors to exceed sales and revenue goals.

• Drive growth strategies that expand our Private Wealth presence across multiple markets.

• Partner with bank leaders to deepen client relationships and move Mass Affluent clients into higher wealth segments.

• Collaborate with regional managers and bank executives to align sales campaigns business development and training.

• Champion a culture of compliance ethics and client-first service.

• Enhance brand visibility and community engagement within key markets.

• Integrate efforts across investments trust insurance and legal to deliver holistic client solutions.

Education & Experience

Required:

• 10 years of success in Private Banking Wealth Management or Investment Sales leadership

• 7 years leading sales teams in high-performance environments

• FINRA Series 7 24 and 65 licenses

• Life & Health insurance license

Preferred:

• Experience driving integrated wealth and banking growth strategies

• Proven record of expanding client relationships into higher wealth segments
