• Commit to a minimum of 4 to 6 shifts each month.
• Manage a maximum of 10 to 12 newborns daily per provider.
• Work within a hospital environment.
• Provide care in a Level 3 or 4 NICU setting.
• Handle night shifts from 5 PM to 7 AM, with occasional day shifts from 7 AM to 5 PM.
• Assist with high-risk deliveries and provide delivery room care.
• Perform intubations and line placements as required.

• Experience in a Level 3 or 4 NICU is essential.
• NRP certification is mandatory.

This role involves working in a hospital setting, primarily during night shifts, with some day shifts as needed. You will be responsible for high-risk deliveries and newborn care.
