By working together as one team, we provide compassionate, high-quality care tailored to the unique needs of every child and family.ResponsibilitiesMaintain a positive and friendly attitude and deliver excellent customer service to patientsCoordinate patient care and treatment according to the doctor and other team membersAssist the orthodontist during procedures, including taking X-rays, preparing materials, and providing chairside supportEnsure a clean and sterile environment by following proper infection control protocols and aseptic techniquesProperly sterilizes instruments on a regular basisAssists doctor with cementation of bands and bracket placementProperly take the correct x-rays when needed on each patientQualificationsPrevious orthodontics experience is preferred but not requiredWarm, friendly, courteous, and enjoys working with childrenPunctual, responsible, and a fast learnerAbility to multitask is criticalBe receptive to training and coaching on best practicesSchedule: Monday-Thursday from 7:45AM-5:30PM, and 1-3 Fridays a month (Times will vary based on business needs).Compensation: Starting at $20.00Location: Harrisburg, PA (Travel to Lancaster, Camp Hill and York locations may be necessary)
