Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) 16 Hours per Week

Local design studio is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and client services. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, multitasking, and contributing to a creative, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and assist with client communication
• Provide light social media support
• Organize and maintain vendor material samples
• Take notes and assist with client surveys
• Support sales and general administrative tasks

Sales tasks:

• Sales calls including cold calls to potential clients
• Mine online sales lead nationally
• Create/expand a database of connected industries to contact about collaborations
• Create sales tools (mailers, emails, sales scripts, social media)Must be very personable, conversational, and relationship oriented
• Must be personable, reliable, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications:

• Strong organization and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and professionalism
• Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Excel
• Reliable, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities

Beginning wage for this position will be $20+/hr DOE.
