Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) 16 Hours per Week
Local design studio is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and client services. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, multitasking, and contributing to a creative, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and assist with client communication
- Provide light social media support
- Organize and maintain vendor material samples
- Take notes and assist with client surveys
- Support sales and general administrative tasks
Sales tasks:
- Sales calls including cold calls to potential clients
- Mine online sales lead nationally
- Create/expand a database of connected industries to contact about collaborations
- Create sales tools (mailers, emails, sales scripts, social media)Must be very personable, conversational, and relationship oriented
- Must be personable, reliable, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities
Qualifications:
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and professionalism
- Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Excel
- Reliable, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities
Beginning wage for this position will be $20+/hr DOE.
