This role owns the framework that connects media investment to measurable business outcomes, ensuring marketing spend is optimized against revenue, efficiency, and long-term growth objectives. You will partner across Marketing, Finance, Revenue, and external agencies to elevate measurement rigor, drive experimentation, and provide executive-ready insights that inform investment decisions.**This gig is based at VVHQ - our swanky Virgin Voyages Head Office in Plantation, FL where we follow a hybrid work environment. We can't wait to 'sea' you in person during our Collaboration Days, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, while you enjoy Mondays and Fridays' as remote days.****What You'll Be Up To:*** Define and evolve the cross-channel media measurement strategy, including KPI frameworks, attribution approaches, and incrementally testing.* Lead analysis of paid media performance across social, search, display, affiliate, and upper-funnel channels, translating results into optimization and budget allocation recommendations.* Develop executive dashboards and performance scorecards that standardize reporting and improve accountability.* Drive advanced measurement initiatives including lift studies, structured test-and-learn programs, and MMM inputs.* Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent data definitions and measurement compliance.* Automate and streamline recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.* Build and mentor a team of analysts, fostering strong analytical standards and business storytelling**Superpowers Required:*** Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.* 5+ years of experience in media analytics, marketing measurement, or performance strategy.* Demonstrated expertise in incrementally, attribution, experimentation, and media optimization.* Strong SQL skill; experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms.* Experience partnering cross-functionally and presenting to senior leadership.* Travel, hospitality, or high-consideration category experience preferred.*Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:** Deep understanding of media KPIs including ROAS, CPA, incrementally, and marginal efficiency.* Strong executive communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analytical concepts.* Proven ability to influence investment decisions through data-backed recommendations.* Strong project management and prioritization capabilities.****What Matters to Us:****At Virgin, your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do.
