Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit Assist customers in selecting the right car wash packages and memberships Handle cash transactions accurately using cash handling and cashiering skills Process payments efficiently while maintaining a friendly attitude Maintain cleanliness and organization of the guest area and point-of-sale stations Support the team with retail sales of car wash accessories or related products Promote membership programs and special offers to enhance guest engagement Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required Strong communication skills with a positive, energetic attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed Familiarity with Point of Purchase systems A proactive team player who enjoys engaging with customers and creating a welcoming environment This position is contingent upon successfully passing a background check and drug test. #J-18808-Ljbffr Heartland Tommy’s
