This involves developing individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team. + **Continuous learning and professional development:** Maintaining current nursing knowledge, participating in ongoing education, and educating patients. + **Effective delegation and supervision:** Appropriately delegating tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs), providing clear direction, support, and monitoring to ensure safe and reliable patient care. + **Strong communication and teamwork:** Communicating effectively with patients, families (especially during stressful times), and colleagues, and contributing positively to the work environment. + **Self-reflection and accountability:** Regularly evaluating one's own practice against professional standards, seeking feedback, and participating in peer review processes. ****We are offering a $20,000 sign-on incentive to new hires who meet eligibility requirements**** **Job Requirements** **Required:** + Graduation from an accredited nursing program + Active North Dakota (ND) Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Dakota + Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association + Willing to obtain PALS/ACLS/TNCC **Preferred:** + Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) + ER experience Where You'll Work CHI Lisbon Health is a 20 bed Critical Access Hospital with a 24 hour Emergency Level V Trauma Center.
