We’re seeking exceptional Critical Care Registered Nurses to join a private, high-acuity case in Hunterdon County, NJ . This is a unique opportunity to deliver hospital-level critical care in a one-on-one home setting — at a premium rate of $90/hour .

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one, high-acuity care for a ventilator- and G-tube–dependent client in a private home setting. This role requires a strong clinical foundation, attention to detail , and the ability to operate independently while maintaining hospital-level standards of care .

Compensation & Schedule

• $90/hour premium pay

• Available shifts: 12HRS AM & PM

• Must be flexible and available to work both AM and PM schedules as needed

• Candidates must be willing to cross-train on:

• One (1) daytime shift

• One (1) overnight shift

• Consistent availability and schedule flexibility are required to support continuity of care

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, hands-on critical care in a home environment

• Monitor and manage complex cardiac, neurological, trauma, MICU, and CVICU conditions

• Perform ventilator management and airway care

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans

• Collaborate with the care management team to ensure continuity and quality of care

• Respond promptly and effectively to changes in patient condition

Qualifications

• Active NJ RN license (required)

• Minimum 2+ years of critical care experience in high-acuity clinical settings

• BLS & ACLS certifications (required)

• CCRN, TNCC, or NIHSS strongly preferred

• Strong critical-thinking, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills

• Experience with ventilators and complex care needs preferred
