What You'll Do

• Guide prospective residents and families through the admissions process
• Conduct community tours and showcase everything that makes our communities special
• Build relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, referral sources, and community partners
• Follow up with inquiries and leads
• Coordinate move-ins and ensure a smooth transition for new residents
• Work closely with nursing, operations, and leadership teams
• Help drive occupancy growth while maintaining an exceptional family experience
• Represent Tanglewood Manor and Memory Garden throughout the community

What We're Looking For

• Outstanding people and communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to build trust and meaningful relationships
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Sales, admissions, healthcare, senior living, marketing, hospitality, customer service, or community outreach experience preferred
• Passion for helping seniors and their families
