Registered Nurse (RN) | Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Role & Responsibilities Provide exceptional patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), supporting vulnerable newborns and their families. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality care, monitor patient progress, and ensure safety standards are upheld. Manage complex neonatal cases, administer medications, and utilize specialized equipment to support infant health. Qualifications & Skills Active nursing license, neonatal or critical care experience preferred. Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and ability to work in high‑pressure environments are essential. Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to diverse patient needs is required.
