Now Hiring: Maintenance Mechanics We’re hiring full-time Maintenance Mechanics to join a skilled team supporting the safe, efficient operation of production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. These are year-round, permanent roles with opportunities on all shifts. Position: Maintenance Mechanic Wage: 1st Shift – $29.00/hr 2nd Shift – $29.75/hr 3rd Shift – $30.50/hr (All shifts include bonuses and full benefits after probation and direct hire) Location: Green Bay, WI Schedule: Full-time, 2nd and 3rd shift availability Job Summary: This role focuses on maintaining, repairing, and improving production equipment and systems. Candidates should bring a strong mechanical background and the ability to work independently while following food safety and workplace safety standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems Troubleshoot motors, belts, conveyors, pneumatics, and basic controls Use manuals, sketches, and schematics to guide repairs Maintain accurate records of work completed Support clean, safe operations in compliance with GMP and quality standards Work with power tools, hand tools, hoists, and lifting equipment Communicate clearly with team members and leadership Qualifications / Requirements: Minimum 1 year of technical education or equivalent mechanical/electrical experience Forklift certification and LOTO training preferred (will re-certify as needed) Strong attendance and safety record required Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and tolerate heat/cold Computer skills required for timekeeping and task documentation Pre-employment drug screening required Dress Code – Please Read Before Applying: No piercings, jewelry, nail polish, or false nails No shorts, skirts, capris, or clothing with holes Uniforms, hairnets, and beard nets (if applicable) are provided and required Slip-resistant footwear required (voucher provided) Perks & Benefits (After completing probation and being hired by the client): Free dental insurance (employee coverage) Health, vision, and life insurance + 401(k) with company match Paid vacation (up to 20 days/year), holidays, and sick time On-site wellness clinic, fitness perks, and safety shoe reimbursement Shift differentials and double-time pay where applicable This is a direct path to a long-term opportunity with a growing company that values your skill set and work ethic. #J-18808-Ljbffr
