Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Location: Holt, MI
Pay: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:30 PM as well as 2nd Shift! Temporary in October.

LaborMax Staffing is hiring Machine Operators for a growing automotive manufacturing facility in Holt, MI. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity with weekly pay and the potential for long-term employment.

Job Duties

Operate production equipment and machinery according to work instructions.
Load, unload, and position automotive components for processing and assembly.
Monitor machine performance and notify supervisors of equipment or quality concerns.
Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
Complete production tasks while maintaining required production rates.
Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift throughout a 10-hour shift.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
