- Salary: 140-170k
Responsibilities
- Build and manage OTB budgets, seasonal buy plans, and a planning calendar tied to subscription cycles (pre-buy, mid-cycle reforecast, post-cycle hindsight)
- Forecast demand and analyze SKU performance (sell-through, WOS, returns, ratings) to chase winners and exit underperformers
- Define assortment structure — SKU count, mix, and depth by category — aligned to personalization needs
- Connect customer feedback (ratings, return reasons, style data) directly to inventory decisions via a recurring performance scorecard
- Develop markdown and exit strategies for slow movers
- Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain to align inventory with launches and promo.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in retail planning, merchandising, or inventory management — subscription or DTC preferred
- Experience owning OTB and demand planning end-to-end
- Comfort working with customer feedback loops (NPS, ratings, returns) to inform buying
- Advanced Excel; SQL a plus
- Bachelor's in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or related
