About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM) to lead a strategic and innovative approach to student recruitment and financial services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all areas of admissions, including undergraduate, graduate, and online, as well as student financial services. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in strengthening enrollment performance, improving net student revenue, and leading high-performing teams. The VPEM will be expected to creatively maximize existing resources, effectively use modern recruitment technology, and bring a data-informed, student-centered approach to the enrollment system. Applicants for the VPEM position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred), at least 7 years' experience in strategic enrollment management, and a minimum of 5 years' in a supervisory role. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both undergraduate and graduate education, in-person and online recruitment, and a demonstrated ability to transform operational processes into efficient, scalable workflows. Fluency in contemporary recruitment and retention practices, technologies, and analytics is essential. The role requires a leader who can work in a collaborative environment, is adept at problem-solving, and can bring clarity, discipline, and accountability to the enrollment work.
