Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified candidate with NICU experience for a position in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This role is essential in providing high-quality care to critically ill newborns in a dedicated unit where teamwork and compassion are paramount.

Located in Arlington, TX, this facility is a 382-bed full-service hospital thriving in the dynamic South Arlington area. Our team comprises over 1,000 healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care across various specialties.

Unit Highlights

  • Unit Type: Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
  • Average Annual Deliveries: Over 4,298
  • Patient Ratios: To be discussed during the interview
  • Documentation System: Meditech
Skills and Experience Required
  • Mandatory: NICU Level III experience (candidates without this skill set will not be considered)
  • Preferred: Additional specialty skills and certifications that will be prioritized
General Requirements
  • Ability to adhere to company attendance policies
  • Willingness to float as needed across various units
Dress Code
  • Scrub Color: To be specified
  • Nail Policy: Clean and healthy, artificial nails not permitted
  • Hair Policy: Neat, clean, with no extreme styles or colors; longer hair must be pulled back
  • Tattoos: Should be covered whenever possible
  • Piercings: Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited
