Senior Director of Pharmacometrics

Leading cross-functional project teams, the full-time Senior Director of Pharmacometrics will manage client consultations on study design, develop and evaluate pharmacometric models, and present simulation results in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Lead and collaborate with project teams to support client requests and provide strategic direction on modeling and simulation results Serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering insights on the application of modeling in drug development programs Develop and apply complex population PK, PK/PD, and exposure-response models using advanced software Required qualifications: 12+ years of professional modeling experience in population PK and PK/PD Proficiency in Monolix, NONMEM, and R Master's degree in pharmacometrics, PK/PD, pharmaceutics, pharmacology, statistics, engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred Professional experience in the application of pharmacometrics to clinical pharmacology Ability to develop and deliver presentations effectively
