Responsibilities:

 

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting vehicles that meet their needs.
• Provide information on vehicle features, benefits, and pricing.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
• Negotiate sales and finalize paperwork with customers.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions.
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction.
• Hit monthly sales goals while delivering great service

 

 

Requirements:  

• Prior automotive sales experience is not required. We train the right candidates for the exciting field of sales! If you have experience in retail, insurance sales, marketing, and/or customer service / hospitality, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide!
• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Knowledge of automotive technology and trends preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license
