The studio offers an athlete-inspired, team-based approach to group training, with classes focused on LIFT, PERFORM, CONDITION, and SWEAT. Using the Fitstop Formula, members train through 12-week progressive cycles that balance strength, endurance, and metabolic conditioning to support well-rounded athletic development. Join Our Team! We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and people-focused Studio Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our gym and help create an exceptional experience for every member. The ideal candidate is a certified coach who understands fitness, has strong sales and communication skills, and knows how to build lasting relationships with members while leading a team. What We’re Looking For Certified Coach — Must hold a current fitness/coaching certification and have a strong understanding of training and fitness. Sales Experience — Comfortable with consultations, memberships, lead follow-up, and converting prospects into members. Member Retention Skills — Proven ability to build relationships, create an excellent member experience, and keep members engaged long-term. Strong Communication Skills — Confident, professional, personable, and able to communicate effectively with members and staff. Management Experience — Previous experience managing a team, gym, studio, or similar business environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily studio operations and ensure the gym runs smoothly. Lead, motivate, and manage the coaching/team staff. Drive membership sales and follow up with prospective members. Build strong relationships with members and support member retention. Maintain a welcoming, energetic, and professional studio environment. Conduct member consultations and help clients understand our services. Monitor studio performance, sales, and membership goals. Handle scheduling, staff coordination, and day-to-day operational needs. Ensure high standards of customer service and coaching quality. Help create a positive community and culture within the studio. The Ideal Candidate You are a leader, coach, and people-person who enjoys both the fitness and business sides of a gym. You are comfortable taking ownership, motivating a team, talking to prospective members, and making sure existing members feel valued.
