As a Care Manager/Medication Technician, you’ll play an essential role in enriching the lives of seniors, creating meaningful connections, and making a difference every day .

Your Role:

As the Care Manager/Medication Technician, you'll provide hands-on care, administer medications, and offer physical and emotional support to residents while maintaining a safe, comfortable, home-like environment.

Position Highlights:

• Status: FULL TIME / PART TIME 
• Schedule: 2 PM -10 PM MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS
• Location: 700 Medical Court East, Inverness, FL 34452
• Rate of Pay: TBD

What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate care and supervision for assigned residents, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transferring, eating) while promoting dignity, independence, and safety.
• Administer and observe medications and treatments in accordance with the Six Rights of Medication Pass, documenting accurately and reporting concerns promptly, including refusal of medications or missed doses
• Monitor and record resident conditions, including changes in behavior, appetite, skin, and participation in activities.
• Engage residents in enrichment programs and life skills activities to support overall well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in resident rooms, community areas, and medication/treatment spaces.
• Respond promptly to resident call bells and community security systems.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, supervisors, and healthcare staff regarding care needs and changes in condition.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, infection control protocols, and confidentiality policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred 
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and demonstrate good judgment
• Must be flexible with schedule
