Unit Manager, RN

Role Overview: The Unit Manager/Director - RN supports the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring patient, resident, family, and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate nursing and patient care within an assigned unit. Ensure care delivery aligns with organizational mission, policies, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with staff, physicians, and rehabilitation teams to optimize patient outcomes. Manage human resources by recruiting, orienting, assessing staff performance, and implementing disciplinary actions when needed. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing school, college, or university. Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
