About the Position

Job Description

We are seeking a Cardiologist to provide hospital coverage, including inpatient rounding, consults, and imaging interpretation. This position includes a mix of in-house hospital duties and off-site call coverage.

Position Highlights:

• Inpatient rounding, consults, image interpretation, TEEs, occasional cardioversions, and proctoring stress tests
• EMR: Epic and Cerner Powerchart
• Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM clinic, followed by 5 PM–8 AM weeknight call
• 24-hour call Saturday–Sunday (8 AM–8 AM)
• 1–2 weeks/month for clinic & call or 24-hour weekend call
• In-house/telephone, 30-minute response time
• Collaboration with support staff, including a PA-C available most mornings
• 3–10 patients per day, 5–6 new consults daily

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Cardiology
• Active Pennsylvania State Medical License or IMLC in hand
• DEA Certification
• ACLS & BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience
