Sales, Marketing & Customer Service Administrative Assistant

Job Description Qualifications: Quick learner and team player Effective written and verbal communication skills Organized and comfortable with multitasking Proficient in MS Office (ie: Word, Excel, Outlook) Tech-savvy; able to quickly learn marketing tools (social media, CRM, ERP) Ability to work independently or as part of a team Accountability and commitment to generating results Automotive or power sports industry knowledge strongly preferred Customer service or sales support experience is a plus Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Sales Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media DMs Support dealers and customers with orders, shipping ETAs, availability, and product details Process orders, manage accounts, and perform data entry Provide basic technical support (training provided) Troubleshoot issues, elevate issues, and handle warranty claims Have a basic understanding of Automotive or Powersport Industries / mechanically inclined Marketing & Administrative Support: Create, schedule, and manage social media content and engagement Communicate with sponsored drivers, influencers, and partners Maintain website content, including products, descriptions, and banners Perform reporting, data entry, and general administrative tasks ...
