We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to support and improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of high-traffic digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor production systems and improve observability, logging, and alerting.
- Maintain and improve SLIs and SLOs.
- Support production incidents and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
- Automate operational tasks, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure provisioning.
- Work with development teams to improve system reliability and architecture.
- Troubleshoot web, mobile, OTT, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Perform post-incident analysis and implement reliability improvements.
- 5+ years of SRE, DevOps, or Production Support experience.
- Strong experience with AWS and/or GCP .
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and automation .
- Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or Groovy .
- Experience with Datadog, New Relic, AppDynamics , or similar monitoring tools.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or Chef .
- Knowledge of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems .
- Experience supporting web, mobile, OTT, or streaming platforms .
- Experience with JMeter/k6 and Charles Proxy/Fiddler is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and participate in 24/7 on-call support .
