Production Supervisor Night Shift

What You’ll Be Doing Lead and coordinate daily quarry production activities to ensure safe and efficient operations. Monitor equipment performance and guide the team in addressing operational needs. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and quality. Promote adherence to safety policies and environmental compliance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production and maintenance goals. Work Environment This role is a night shift position (5pm-5am) and operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
