The Practice Manager is the foundation of Birmingham Orthodontics Success. Through consistent daily monitoring, and weekly reporting, the Practice Manager is Birmingham Orthodontics' front-line supervisor and business manager. In summary: the Practice Manager has the overall responsibility for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the work and resources involved in running a service oriented healthcare practice. The goal is to ensure the company vision is attained, the values are upheld and a dynamic environment is created. Responsibilities: The Practice Manager has the overall responsibility for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the work and resources involved in running a service-oriented business. And ensures a positive image of Rock Dental Brands and its facilities to our patient base is adhered to. The Practice Manager's goal is to ensure the company vision is attained, the values are upheld, and a dynamic environment is created. You Must Have: Orthodontic Assistant experience preferred. CPR training 2 + years working experience in clinic operations with a proven aptitude to lead by example, or equivalent level of experience in dental clinic management is a plus.
