Clinical Research Coordinator I (BCORP)

Assist the Behavioral and Clinical Outcomes Research Program (BCORP) within the Cancer and Blood Disorders Center clinical research team in the organization, implementation, and completion of behavioral, psychosocial, and clinical research trials. Assist with participant recruitment, data collection, and behavioral intervention delivery. Maintain regulatory documents; assist principal investigators in protocol implementation and routine monitoring of clinical studies. Along with the PI, ensure that research projects are conducted in compliance with federal regulations, institutional policies/departmental guidelines, and standards of Good Clinical Practice. Responsibilities Assist the BCORP team with the organization, implementation, and completion of behavioral, psychosocial, and clinical research trials. Help with participant recruitment, data collection, and delivery of behavioral interventions. Maintain regulatory documents and support principal investigators in protocol implementation and routine monitoring of clinical studies. Ensure compliance with federal regulations, institutional policies, departmental guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice standards. Work mainly weekdays; occasional weekend work may be required to cover patient coordination needs. Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in research or a related field/setting. Confirmed proficiency in a second language via successful completion of a language assessment may be required for certain departments. Preferred Pediatric research experience. Bilingual in Spanish. Compensation Range $29.16 - $43.73 per hour (full‑time, 2080 hours per calendar year).
