Position Summary

Seeking a passionate and adaptable Travel COTA for a large, dynamic skilled nursing facility. The COTA works under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered treatment focused on improving residents' functional independence .

The position serves both short-term and long-term residents .

Key Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Provide patient-centered care focused on functional independence.
• Work with short-term and long-term SNF residents.
• Communicate effectively with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete required documentation in Net Health .
• Maintain compliance with:
  • Facility policies
  • Medicare guidelines
  • Applicable regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active OTA license required.
• Strong documentation and time-management skills.
• Flexible and collaborative approach to patient care.

Experience

• SNF experience preferred.
• Candidates with 0 1 year of experience may receive mentorship .

Schedule

Preferred schedules:

• Sunday Thursday , or
• Tuesday Saturday

Flexibility is required.
