Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring clinical excellence, a commitment to high-quality patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse healthcare environment. This position requires all Pennsylvania clearances, a recent drug screen, and compliance with immunization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care to a diverse patient population.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and document changes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment options.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid Registered Nurse licensure in Pennsylvania.
• All required Pennsylvania clearances must be obtained prior to start.
• Must pass a drug screening conducted within the last 90 days.
• MMR vaccination declinations are not accepted.
