Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Long Term Care Discipline: RN Duration: 12 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel RN – Long-Term Care (LTC) | Job Description Facility: Rennes Health & Rehab Center – Appleton Location: Appleton, Wisconsin Setting: Nursing Home / Long-Term Care Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Schedule: 8-hour Evening Shift 2:15 PM – 10:30 PM 40 hours per week 32/40-hour rotation Every Other Weekend (EOW) required Orientation: 8/11 at 9:30 AM Job Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. Assess and monitor residents' health conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records. Communicate changes in residents' conditions to physicians and the healthcare team. Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff as needed. Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in residents' conditions. Ensure compliance with facility policies and quality-of-care standards.
