CVOR Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) in Indianapolis Are you a CST with past Cardiovascular OR experience, confident in your skills, and looking for a change? Our CSTs enjoy: Competitive Pay – $40/hr Flexible scheduling to maintain work-life balance Professional development opportunities , including CEUs and online training Tuition discounts through Rasmussen University Bonus Opportunities – Contract Completion / Referrals As a CST you will: Prepare surgical supplies and equipment for scheduled and emergency procedures Assist in prepping patients, including cleansing and draping surgical sites Work closely with surgeons and the surgical team during procedures Maintain accurate instrument and sharps counts Handle surgical specimens for lab processing Apply post-procedure dressings and/or casts as needed A few must-haves for CSTs: Active CST license in the state of Indiana Current BLS certification 2+ years of recent surgical tech experience in the CVOR 1+ years of recent experience with Surgical Trauma patients (Level 1) Ability to stay calm under pressure and work both independently and as part of a team Proficiency in basic vital signs and medication administration Why join Interim HealthCare Staffing?
