Senior Associate Attorney

Job Description

We are searching for a senior associate with 3-5 years of experience to handle, manage and litigate complex litigation matters in both state and federal court. This position will report directly to the senior founding partner of the firm.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in legal research using Westlaw
- Strong writing skills for legal drafting and documentation
- Experience in civil RICO litigation a plus
- Draft and review legal documents, including discovery, pleadings, and briefs
- Ability to navigate complex legal issues and regulations

- Represent clients in court proceedings, EUOs, Depositions, arbitrations and trials
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients
- Maintain accurate and organized case files

The ideal candidate is driven, well organized and able to multi-task. Candidate will also be required to communicate effectively with clients.

Schedule:

* Monday to Friday in person with one remote day

License/Certification:

* State and Federal bar admissions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
