SHIFTS: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM & 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

$32-$39 an hour (all inclusive)

$2 Shift Diff 3 PM-11 PM & 11 PM-7 AM

Responsibilities of LPN:

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician's plan of treatment
• Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided

Qualifications of LPN:

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of New Jersey
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
• 1-year long term care experience required
