We are seeking a registered nurse for a Mother-Baby Unit specializing in Women and Children's services, with a focus on obstetric and neonatal care. The role offers a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth, and involves frequent use of nursing skills and equipment related to obstetric and neonatal care. Responsibilities include: performing patient assessments developing and implementing individualized care plans monitoring fetal and maternal well-being administering medications supporting breastfeeding educating families Key duties: coordinate with healthcare team ensure patient and staff safety document care accurately provide emotional support Qualifications: active RN license Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Nursing certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Basic Life Support (BLS) Skills: strong communication teamwork evidence-based practice ability to work in a shared governance culture #J-18808-Ljbffr Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association
