Greystar is seeking a results-driven Leasing and Marketing Coordinator to manage the community’s leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases ensuring a smooth move-in. You'll monitor market conditions, develop short- and long-term marketing plans, drive traffic through online and on-site initiatives, and use OneSite or Yardi to track activity and renewals.
