Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a contract opportunity in Scottsbluff, NE. This role may support inpatient or outpatient therapy services, helping patients improve functional skills, independence, and daily living abilities.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patient needs and functional limitations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy to improve ADLs, mobility, and independence
Educate patients and families on care strategies
Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner
Collaborate with healthcare and rehabilitation teams
Follow performance, safety, and care standards

Requirements

Active Nebraska Occupational Therapist License required
AHA Basic Life Support required
PAMS certification required for outpatient placement
Inpatient or outpatient rehab experience preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Must meet facility performance expectations throughout the contract
