Northland Health Centers is seeking a compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our integrated Behavioral Health team. This role provides evidence-informed outpatient counseling for patients experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns within a collaborative primary care setting.Working with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and the Behavioral Health team, you will provide timely access to therapy, support whole-person care, and help patients connect with appropriate community and specialty resources when additional services are needed.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual counseling and evidence-informed behavioral health interventions.Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation.Collaborate with primary care providers to coordinate patient care and treatment recommendations.Identify social needs and connect patients with community resources.Coordinate referrals for specialty behavioral health services, psychiatric evaluation, hospitalization, or other higher levels of care when appropriate.Support patients through education, goal setting, and ongoing care planning.QualificationsRequiredCurrent North Dakota licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based counseling practices and behavioral health treatment modalities.Strong communication, clinical documentation, and interpersonal skills.PreferredTwo (2) years of full-time outpatient mental health counseling experience.Experience in an integrated healthcare or primary care setting.ScheduleMonday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PMTuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM–3:30 PMTotal RewardsCompetitive salary: $70,000–$77,000 per yearMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanEmployer-paid Life InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Paid Time Off and Paid HolidaysContinuing Education AssistanceLicense Renewal SupportStudent Loan Repayment Program eligibility for qualified providersEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)And more!A Typical DayYour day includes scheduled therapy sessions, care coordination with the primary care team, clinical documentation, and helping patients navigate resources that support their mental health and overall well-being.
