ENT Hospitalist (Inpatient-Focused) – Faculty Opportunity

A leading academic health system is seeking a highly motivated ENT Hospitalist to join its expanding Otolaryngology service line. This faculty opportunity is ideal for physicians who enjoy high-acuity care, procedural work, and multidisciplinary collaboration working in an inpatient setting.

Position Highlights

· Inpatient-focused role: consults, rounding, procedures, and care coordination

· Monday – Friday clinical work schedule

· High-acuity cases with frequent bedside procedures (e.g., scopes)

· Opportunity to perform inpatient surgical cases as needed

· Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and APP support

· Participate in teaching residents (rotations throughout the year)

· Opportunity to help grow consult volume and expand hospital-based ENT services

· Visa sponsorship available

Compensation & Incentives

· Base salary guarantee with productivity (wRVU)

· Bonus potential: ~10% incentive

· Additional incentives: loan forgiveness, stipend, relocation, sign on bonus, retirement plans, full benefits package

Candidate Parameters:

· General ENT w/ and w/o subspecialty focus

· Growth-oriented and collaborative mindset

· Interest in academic medicine and resident education

· Comfortable managing high-acuity inpatient cases and procedures

· Eager to contribute to a developing and expanding ENT service line
