OB/GYN Hospitalist

We are seeking a skilled Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician for a 60-day assignment in Maryland, beginning Dec 3, 2024. This role involves providing 12 or 24-hour in-house call coverage for full scope OBGYN hospitalist duties, with a preference for candidates comfortable managing laparoscopic GYN surgeries and ectopic pregnancies. Practice Info EMR: Cerner Setting: Inpatient Call Schedule: Inhouse Call Staffing Mix: CNMs on staff Facility handles approximately 2000 deliveries annually Responsibilities Provide 12 or 24-hour in-house call coverage Perform full scope OBGYN hospitalist duties Manage laparoscopic GYN surgeries Address ectopic pregnancies Compensation Strong compensation Benefits Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities Shift & Schedule LOA: 60 Days Shift hours: 7 pm to 7 am, 7 am to 7 pm, or 7 am to 7 am for 24-hour shifts Opportunity for 10-15 shifts per month ongoing Qualifications Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required Preference for candidates comfortable managing laparoscopic GYN surgeries and ectopic pregnancies Providers are unable to work back-to-back 24-hour shifts
