Compassionate Hospice RN Case Manager

Veritas Management Group

CenterCare Hospice in Pueblo, CO is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide in-home patient care in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. The RN will work under the direction of the Director of Nursing to deliver high-quality symptom management and supportive care in the patient’s residence. The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree (RN), an active RN license, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year of hospice experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Veritas Management Group
