Job Title: Director of Pediatrics - Registered Nurse
Location: On-site, near Round Rock, TX
Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000 + Leadership Bonus + Relocation Assistance
Schedule: Full-time, Days (No Weekends)

Our client is a respected hospital located near Round Rock, TX, dedicated to providing exceptional pediatric care and fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. They are seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Pediatrics - Registered Nurse to lead their Pediatrics Unit.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Pediatrics - Registered Nurse to join and guide the pediatric team. This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated group of healthcare professionals, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational excellence within the Pediatrics Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Pediatrics Unit.
- Develop and implement policies, protocols, and care standards to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
- Oversee resource allocation, staffing, and budgeting to maintain efficient operations.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to align departmental goals with the overall mission and vision.
- Monitor and evaluate unit performance, implementing improvement plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
Qualifications:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification (BCLS).
- Active Registered Nurse License.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (required).
- At least 5+ years of experience in healthcare (required).
- At least 3+ years in a Director role within a Pediatrics Unit (required).
