7am to 5:30pm four days a week, 10 hour days alternating. Call coverage required for weeknights, weekends and holidays

RN must be competent to care for patients in all Diagnostic and Interventional Coronary procedures; EP procedures and Vascular procedures, including administration of conscious sedation. Job Description
This job acts as a leader in the provision of patient care using the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses and Product & Standards of Practice. Effectively delegates, directs, and assists licensed and ancillary team members; assumes accountability for quality patient outcomes; exhibits sensitivity to cultural, ethnic and religious diversity in all interactions; maintains involvement in activities aimed toward the achievement of unit and the department's strategic goals and objectives and demonstrates professional responsibility and accountability for his/her own practice and supports the company's philosophy of nursing.

Education
Required - Registered nurse diploma.
Preferred - Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing.

Experience Required - 2+ years

Certifications
Required -
Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred - Certification in clinical specialty area.

KSAs

Because the incumbent works within a healthcare setting, there may be occupational risk for exposure to hazardous medications or hazardous waste within the environment through receipt, transport, storage, preparation, dispensing, administration, cleaning and/or disposal of contaminated waste. The risk level of exposure may increase depending on the essential job duties of the role.
