Senior Support Engineer

Location: Fort Mill, SC
Work Mode: Hybrid, 3 days a week onsite
Shift: 11am – 7pm, flexibility required
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise day-to-day activities surrounding production support of critical systems.
Diagnose, solve, and resolve complex technical issues that advance beyond first and second-line support.
Collaborate with other technology teams and business users to understand complex user journeys, workflows, and data interactions.
Work with the company's Engineering – 3rd Line Support Manager and collaborate with internal and external business collaborators.
Manage, diagnose, and resolve technical issues within key Index Platforms.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience with C# and.NET, and backend SQL.
Minimum 8 years of experience in database application support across SQL Server, Sybase, and PostgreSQL.
Experience providing 3rd line support for database systems and integrations.
Experience in data-intensive applications, handling and optimizing large datasets.
Proficiency in debugging SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, scripts, cursors, and views.
Proficiency in C#.NET for programming and application development within.NET frameworks.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL Aurora, queues, and elastic search.
Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Business and Technical Analysis, Quality Assurance, Delivery Management, and/or Emerging Technology and Governance.
